May Institute has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Operations Director to oversee its EMA Centers for ABA Services.


In this role you will have a chance to manage day-to-day operations of our program, including; fiscal oversight, supervision of senior managers, and management of  key data flow, and billing.



The Eastern MA Region is the largest in the Consulting Division with home, center and school- based services.  Revenue sources include health insurance and school system contracts

For more than 60 years, May Institute has been a national leader in education, rehabilitation, and behavioral health services for children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities, brain injury, mental illness, and other special needs


  • Financial oversight of the region and its service lines
  • Oversight of all key metrics and data flow, utilizing electronic record system
  • Tracking and attainment of key volume and billing targets
  • Close collaboration with senior clinical managers in the region for all the service lines
  • Ensuring efficient interface with all corporate departments, including Billing, Finance, QI, Marketing & HR


  • Demonstrated experience in management of finances, operations and staff required
  • Advanced degree in Business or Administration/Management strongly preferred; Clinical degree with management experience considered
  • Understanding of third party health insurance environment necessary;
  • Knowledge of ABA services highly desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff
  • Strong analytic skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
