Responsibilities:

As a Group Home Manager/Program Coordinator, you will work to support individuals with disabilities in their home, promoting choice, dignity, safety and well-being. We encourage and support all of our individuals to be an integral part of their community; as such you will assist our individuals in enjoying recreational activities and supporting community membership.  Come be part of a team that creates an environment that is stimulating for individuals served and conducive to promoting self-esteem and individual success.

 

Responsibilities include:                 

  • Facilitate staff supervision, scheduling, and training
  • Manage finances
  • Ensure environmental safety
  • Assist with direct care responsibilities
  • Write and implement ISP goals
  • Attend and facilitate clinical, team, ISP, and family meetings
  • Monitor treatment plans
  • Coordinate case management

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory and management experience in human services
  • Experience with behavior management required
  • Strong writing and assessment skills
  • Previous experience with ISP process
  • Valid driver’s license and 2 years’ driving experience
