May Center for Child Development in Randolph, MA is currently seeking a Family Services Coordinator. In this position, you will ensure the quality of home programs by making home visits and coordinating services between the day and residential program with the home program.


  • Provide individual and/or group training for the parents of children being served at the May Center utilizing ABA methodology
  • Provide ongoing in-home observation and training with assigned caseload
  • Provide consultation and support via a minimum of monthly phone contact with assigned caseload
  • Complete home assessments for assigned students
  • Attend and provide input during IEP meetings
  • Coordination and cooperation with home services programming
  • Assist in the development and execution of activities to improve parent engagement
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (including some evenings and weekends)


  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Counseling and behavioral experience required
  • Formal training in the philosophy of ABA highly preferred
