Overview:

Summary:

The May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in Randolph is looking for a Program Coordinator to be responsible for the administrative, operational, and clinical functions of group homes for children, ages 5-22, with autism, PDD, and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Training and monitoring of residential staff interactions with students, implementation of behavior support plans, IEP’s, and completion of other appropriate paperwork
  • Oversee daily group home operations such as staffing, scheduling, adherence to weekly menu, and grocery shopping
  • Monitor staff schedules and complete bi-weekly payroll
  • Attend and participate in clinical meetings including IEP’s and Team Meetings
  • Ensure that QI/QA procedures are adhered to, including maintaining environmental safety as well as a functional and homelike environment
  • Develop house meeting agendas, and running of monthly staff meetings
  • Work directly in ration with students.
  • Manage finances

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience in human services
  • Demonstrated experience with budgeting and scheduling
  • Valid driver’s license
  • ABA experience preferred
  • 1-3 years management experience preferred
