The May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in Randolph is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide active consultation to our students. This is a part-time position: 20 hours/week. 


  • Assess individuals and develop formal programs to address fine motor, ADL, sensory, and other functional goals
  • Complete standardized, formal, and informal assessments and work with treatment team to develop and implement goals
  • Provide individual and group consultative services to students and staff
  • Provide formal and informal training to staff
  • Attend IEP and other internal meetings


  • OT licensure required
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred
