Overview:

Summary:

May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in Randolph is currently seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to oversee the administrative and clinical functions of one of our residential group homes. This is a hands-on management position that includes evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with training and monitoring of residential staff on interactions with students, implementation of behavior support plans, IEP’s, and other appropriate paperwork
  • Assist with oversight of daily group home operations such as staffing, scheduling, case management, adherence to weekly menu, and grocery shopping
  • Ensure that QI/QA procedures are adhered to, including maintaining environmental safety as well as a functional and homelike environment
  • Work directly in ratio with students during shift
  • Assist with the development of house meeting agendas and running of monthly staff
  • Complete shift reports and communication logs
  • Ensure that QA/QI procedures are followed
  • Assist with the management of finances
  • Participate in on-call rotation



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous supervisory and residential experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • ABA experience preferred
